Can frame protectors be used along with fairings?
These are the protectors on a bike with NO FAIRINGS installed.
Can the protectors be used behind these fairings or only used if u dont't want fairings?

It seems it would be a little snug but I see that the attachment points for the fairings can still be used. I'd email the company and ask, but if it were me I'd buy them because it appears it is won't be an issue installing fairings over them.
