air box mod question

Default air box mod question
Could someone help me out? I seen this mod done on this site last yearbut am unable to fing it again. There is a flap that can be removed over or near the carbs that have been found to improve the performance of the bike. Now whatI am asking was about a 10- 15minute simple mod. Pic's would be very helpfulfor me.

do a search for the Flapper Mod there is a ton of info on it
