they are not going to because almost all of them fall within hondas "tolerance" of one quart per month.

I still think it is funny that the 2008 1krr burns/ uses so much oil. My old 1998 F3 never used oil and I rode the crap out of it and wrecked it 3 times. My fathers old 1984 1100 Goldwing used less then a quart between oil changes. So the ? is why do these brand new bike's have a 1quart per month allowance. I thought Honda was better then this. I guess i was wrong. Not to mention I could have bought a 2008 zx10 for 8k or a 09 zx10 for 11k rather then 11k for my cbr. I guess I should have done some more research.

went to get my recalls done yesterday at the honda shop and they told me they have already had to replace rings and pistons on 2 09 1000's.
