I have a set of Barnett clutch & springs. I have not been able to destroy it despite several goes at the drags.

The price wass only a little more than OEM. As for feel it was a little more sudden, but I soon got used to that.

Trips, does this mean the Barnett springs are a lot stiffer than stock? If so, I wonder if the Barnett clutch could be used with the OEM springs.

I paid 15 or 20 dollars on e-bay for a MOTO-Technica clutch set for my 94. It has worked great so far, around 3000 miles that is.part # 91248-S1

Yes they are about 25% stiffer. But they can be used with oem springs.

Hi:

I have had a vesrah in a previos bike and currently have a complete barnett kit and it works great. Plenty of Fridays at the strip with no problems .
I would highly reccommend it. The vesrah was a lot like the stock clutch but did not give up after some hard runs but sold the bike shortly after, so
no long term info like the Barnett. 25,000 miles later and the Barnett it still going strong.
