sproket setup for the track??
Totally depends man. I see you have a 600RR? Depends on the track, mostly and your bike. Your bike abviously makes power starting at about 9000rpm, (or more) so you would like to not drop below that during a corner so you can get a good drive out. Most of the time for doing track days, you can ride around any gearing problems you may have. If you are too low in the RPM, downshift next time through there, if you're too high, either shift while exiting if you can, or simply start the corner a gear higher so you dont run out on the exit. Either way, there will most likely be at least one corner where you cant get it perfect and to fix that one, you'll screw up the others. I've had mine at the track stock and regeared, regearing did nothing in terms of what gear I entered in, it just gave me a little more RPM in certain corners, while it forced me to shift that much earlier on the ones I need to shift in. Ride it stock, you're probably fine. AMA racers regear their bikes to basically top out on what ever the longest straigh is, you could do that if you want.
