Default Vacuum Hoses

Hi all new to this site just got a 2003 954 and giving a full service putting it back together but have a T piece which i assume goes to the Tank and to bottom of bike, does the other end go to throttle body? there is already a small pipe coming from there just hanging in engine bay, has anyone got a diagram? Nothing in my haynes manual.

I'm not sure if this will help, but if not, maybe one of the others on the site will.

Did the previous owner (po) install a Scottoiler chain oiler?
To do so, you cut a vacuum pipe and install a small white plastic Tee piece.
From the tee piece a small diameter, usually black, runs to the Scottoiler oil reservoir.
Come bike sale time the quickest way for the po to remove the Scottoiler would be to just cut the small black pipe and tuck it out of sight somewhere in the fairing.
The good news is, if you want to install a Scottoiler, half the job's been done for you.
If not, just blank off, either the end of this pipe, or the tee piece.
