Hey Joe, I'd like to ride with you tomorrow but I've got plans with the GF and my folks up in Palmdale.

Sunday I am planning to propose to her at dinner.
I'm pretty sure she's going to say yes but she better like her ring.

So, yesterday her entire family got together to celebrate he dad and aunts (twins) birthday. I took advantage of the fact that they would all be together to ask her.
She did not see it coming which was cool because her whole family was in on it. So in front of all 25+ family members I asked her to marry me and she said yes.

We've had so much going on lately, we moved her out of her house and into mine, painted both and put hers up for rent. It has been a lot of work and it is all finally starting to come together. Neither of us have kids from our first marriages, we both own homes, have great jobs, she's an RN and I'm an engineer.
Now if I can just get her interested in riding...
We haven't set a date as of yet but it'll still be here before I know it.
