I got a 2000 F4 and was thinking about sychronizing the carbs. Anyone got a tool I can borrow. On a different note does anyone know much about buying an out of state bike from Florida for instance. I heard there are some states that don't transfer the salvage title so if someone imports it you won't know it was once salvage title.
