track day advice
kyle F4i and woody both go to barber...i don't cause it's too far...
they should have instructors there...
best advice is to ride within your abilities and then slowly push it more and more as you get more and more comfy with the track. don't ride more than 70% of your ability as there will be others there who may not know what they are doing.
don't work on too many things at the same time...just focus on one thing...such as braking, entering speed, looking through the turn, etc...
keep hydrated, and watch the more experienced riders and see what their lines are...like the control riders or sandbaggers in the beginner group...
as far as mechanical stuff, depends on the trackday org...but woody and kyle can help out there.
and lastly...keep loose and don't tense up...and you'll have a great time!!!
