Default suspension???

i have been doing a few track days here and thee on my 03 954 and i am starting to spend more and more time at the track. any suggestions on a good AND inexpensive suspension upgrade?

There is no cheap suspension upgrade. Like Nelso said, get the bike setup for your weight, and be sure you have good tires and they are kept at the proper pressure. Those are your cheap tweaks. The rest costs $$$

When was your suspension serviced last? Ken at superbikesuspension.com told me that even just servicing the suspension will return some of the performance. He set my suspension at CMP in November. He recommended that I get the oil and seals done in the forks and also get the shock serviced. He also recommended different springs for me (I'm a flyweight). Being poor, I don't have the funds at the moment to do it all, cost is between $500 - $600 dollars, and that is with me shipping my parts to him. Just getting my suspension set properly for me made a world of difference.
