Question race track

Hi. Where is closest race track in the Tampa or Sarasota area in Florida? I heard there is one but can't find it.

There is Daytona of course and Homestead. Not sure where Homestead is, there is also a track call Jennings, not sure where its at either. But now that you know the names you can look them up.

Default Jennings

I have a friend in the area that loves Jennings. It's motorcycle-only and they have amateur races there, too.

That's like really far from Sarasota. But I guess I could make it a weekend trip. Thanks.

Trips to racetracks are usually overnight, if not two nights. The irony is that the more you ride your bike the more you end up driving a car

I just looked on line and the closest roadracing to you is probably in Palm Beach. A good resource is roadracing world.com. If you subscribe to their magazine they send out a national Track Day issue with every club in the U.S.
