Default Tank dents pics

I just dented my new tank today and I decided to try the dent in the back instead of the top like I have always had. I am glad I did it this way cause it feels alot better I think. I wil post up some more pics later when I get some batteries in my camera I got a bunch that show how to do it step by step that will maybe help someone so they don't destroy there tank like I did my first time I dented a tank.

Thanks for the pic and I'm deffinately looking foward to the step by step. I want a dent just like the one you have. I'm just trying to talk my self into denting my minty tank LOL but I'm going to do it as soon as I can figure out how. Also have you figured out how much your tank will hold now? And did your paint chip off at all? I'm hoping that mine won't, but if it does I'm gonna repaint it this winter since I can't ride in the snow.

For the RR you gotta dent the metal one under neath and then heat up the plastic one to form it against the metal one, takes a bit more work but it just as good as the others.

yeah for a 600rr you just dent the tank and then you have to heat up the cover and form it to the dent. Here's a pic of my friends tank, the dent isn't real deep but we are gonna go back and dent it a little more now.
