whats the best sprocket configuration to help bring the front up in a wheelie. i have all stock sprockets on my 97 600 f3. i wanna be able to wheelie but i still want a reasonable top speed. whats a good config for what i'm tryin to achieve. i can get the front off the ground like a foot but thats after cracking the throttle like 5 times and by then i'm at like 8k rpms. thanks for all the help

I'm +4 on the rear sprocket right now and it's not bad. Any more and it would get annoying for longer rides to me. I can get it to come up without too much effort in 1st gear only. My top speed is @ 130 actual. At 60mph in 6th gear I'm @ 6k revs. Kind of nice, I don't have to downshift to accelerate.

use your clutch...
I'm +14 on my rear, stock up front, but you can easily wheelie at stock gearing, just have to wind it out like Wants said...
The very basic mod is -1/+2, that will increase your accel a lot, and keep your top end above highway speeds . Every tooth you drop on the front is like adding 2/3 on the rear, and you will notice a difference.
