You do know that with this adapter you can NOT use both levers at the same time yes? Is that where your problem is? The setup should be the HB with the reservoir... a line going into the rear brake master cylinder... then a line coming out of the master going to the rear caliper. Using only 1 reservoir of course.
The only thing I can think of that may have been overlooked... is what banjo bolt you are using... and if you maybe forgot a crush washer? Check to see that with the banjo on your line, lines up properly with a washer on there to the bolt going into the master. Not all banjo ends are the same size... some are for cars... some (smaller in width) are for bikes.
Might be able to come up with other possible solutions... but you gotta give us better details on the problem.

Do you mean you have soft/no rear brakes? Like pixel said check the banjo bolt, but if you didn't you a crush washer you probably would be leaking.
sorry i didnt get back to anyone i forgot to subscribe to my own thread. the problem has been solved the lines were backwards on the rear master. thanks for the help
