Default RE: How to wheelie INSTRUCTIONS!!!

I just bought a used 93 CBR 900. It is set up for track racing unfortunely. My question is can I do some minor changes to turn it into a ocasional stunt bike without dumping tons of money or do I just keep this and by another bike?Last bike was a cbr 600 and could do anything with that bike. Was thinking of a 2003 CBR 1000. Anyway, bike is lowered 4 inches. I raised it to see if I can wheelie but no luck.Engine and carbs are modified for racing. First gear you have to wind out to 8K for the front to pick up. Do not even try second because it just hooks up, it wont pick up. I tried slipping the clutch but it just hooks up. Looked at changing sprockets. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance....

Lowered bikes will be a little harder to get up due to the lower center of gravity but it's still possible. I have a couple of short buddies that lowered their stunt bikes for obvious reasons and rip wheelies everywhere. It seems to be easier for short people since the body position is pretty straight. For us tall folks it alil different. But then again you should see my 6'2" 190 *** doing wheelies on my 50 lol.

******Wheelies are slowed down by riding the wheelie behind the balance point. This is one of the hardest parts of learning to wheelie, not because of skill, but because of the ***** required.******

True say! Last season was my first one after years..Plus, the bike was brand new and I didn't want to see it go down..Although I did once but wasn't all that bad..Then my engine gave up on me (thanks to the warranty, covered everything). Hopefully this season I will grow a bigger set of ***** and try stuff out. Just want to ride a wheelie at a constant 40 mph.

My bike sucks I clutched it while going about 25mph and all it does is walk the *** end to the left or right and spin tire lol... damn heavy liter bike.

Seriously though, this bike lifts tire just using WOT in First at around 8-9000 RPMS if I'm not tucked... and I'm a big 6', 265 pounds.

edit: On a side note, I seriously am getting too much wheel spin when the front lifts up, the rear tire is walking back and forth.... that makes for a very unsafe wheelie. Any tips?
