Hey errr... thanks for the guide! Your extremely detailed guide makes me more confident in myself, so I'm going to go try wheelies right now!

Trust me man your bike can wheelie. I'm about 230 lbs and I didn't think my little F4i could wheelie but I found out the hard way it could. It's actually quite easy. Just try to impress a girl by downshifting into what you think is 2nd gear (when it's really 1st gear) throw the engine up to about 10k and drop the clutch. You go straight up! I promise you. Oh yea bring a second pair of pants too.

im practicin on my quad and ride some decent wheelies, but when i go too far i never think of hitting the rear brake, i always just focus on the throttle. i guess i have to grow some ***** and get over it.. any pointers on using the brake? think i should specifically wheeliee then hit the brake to get use to it?

as soon as it comes up tap the brake. just do that for a bit and you'll start hitting it without realizing it.

Do your tires need to be hot and sticky to do a wheelie safely (don't start bashing about how a wheelie is never safe)?
