there is no need to get crazy with a cage. just have 3 mounting points per side. make sure you have a bar or rod connecting the two sides. reinforce your impact points. fits derlin(sp) sliders onto the cage. and have the mounting points be close together. that has worked with mine. other than that just make sure your cage is tight before every ride. they will flex/ bend and come loose no matter what. loose bolts break and strip motor mounts.

ya sick innovations ****ed my cage all up and its off a lil so my bolt that holds the sides togeather was GONE so we took a 12 inch threaded rode stuck it thru the middle of that bitch and cranked it down with huge washers and nylon lock nuts, then i put foam padding on the cage, anyone else done foam padding on it seems like a good idea?

jz...watta u mean by foam padding?
rad...one thing i like ur cage is that u can fit a thickass piece of delrin in there...my 905 fits a 1-inch which can't take as much of an impact.....i also had to hammer that **** in..and now i have no access to the front mounting bolts unless i strip away the delrin with a drill bit or something....
how did you get the delrin to stay? and wat did u mean by delrin(sp)?
