The cap should actually screw on to the muffler and behind it you can add/remove baffles to change sound and and tune it. My brother has one on his xl600 and its actually pretty quiet with some baffles in it

Rode it down the street in first gear today! No breaks and no clutch.. was not fun to turn around on a small street.. hahaha I think I ruined some persons bush near a mailbox!

Happy with the acceleration increase with my sprocket change (-2+3or4...can't remember currently. Won't truly know until my brakes are on; gonna lift that bitch of a front tire up!!

Had to open it up... clutch won't disengage! Something with the clutch lever arm; hopefully not any other the actual plates! Gonna go bug Honda all day about it

Clutch is good... AND THEN MY DAMN STARTER MOTOR WENT OUT!!! *$*#&@&#*$*#&#*#-#-# *&# **#&#&... yeah
