Any of you bikers in the nashville area. Could you give me prices on a storage garages that you rent or know of? I just want something small.

Um coming from nw ohio and um going to be living in a apartment and wanna keep her locked up and nite and when um not riding, and have a mini garage.

How is the bike scene down there in nashville? cops pick on bikers? give me the low down, is there a racing scene?

good deal, i have rode in gatlinburg and on the dragon before with my f4, man it makes ohio feel like it has no curvy roads.

 

well both of those are closer to you now too along with some other great roads in east tn

 

Nashville has a very good sportbike group that rides the Middle TN area with regular Saturday and Sunday rides. We have plenty of twisties and alot of good well paved country roads. The police and Highway patrol don't pick on bikes but they will gladly write you a ticket if they catch you speeding. Not sure about cost of renting storage in Nashville because I live 50 miles north. It is probably 60-100 dollars a month, my best guess.

 

alright thanks a bunch for the responses, i found one for 33 bucks a month 2miles from my apartment. Okay how bout local bike shops that have a good reputation? and or ones i should stay away from?

 

Sloan's in Murfreesboro (just a quick ride up I-24e) has a great shop. Also, they offer all the MSF courses.

Anything else you can give me for a heads up would be great, remember i live out in the corn fields of boring ohio with barely any curvy roads and no inclines. I did ride up the smokeys in gatlinburg and it started raining when i was coming down teh side of teh mountain i about **** my pants praying i didnt break too hard ha ha. Well i hope your clubs are full of good people because in ohio clubs dont last long and no buddy shows up or participates all the time. Out here there are a handful of bikers per town. And most of them ride like dumasses and jack wheelies for miles and stand on there seat and other stupid stunts. Pretty retarted.

 

Bumping this thread ... Is anyone still located in Nashville? I'm an hour north and all my friends here would rather get drunk than go for a ride.
