I don't know what all the fuss is about...as long as the plastic bag is not taped tightly under the chin = no foul.

Well you don't want the bag to fall off.
Hey, maybe that's what Kuro originally intended when starting this thread? Maybe he was appalled that the bag wasn't properly secured!! lol....

In that case, I would have used several thick rubber bands....possibly a 3-4" o-ring.

heavy duty freexer bags work alittle better, you can adjust ventilation by undoing the ziplock a tad...

The only one on the bike without eye protection is the driver...and he has the toddlers plastic bag flapping in his face!
