Whether it be for rain or smog protection for the little tacker ... what a friggin idiot of a dad!!!

Yer ,om not totally blind .. I was assuming the Dad was the one with the hands steering and doing the riding and that the guy on the very back was just another passenger ...
So...ok ...because we do not know who his dad was ..lets just say that the rider should maybe have given up his helmet to the little tacker ...

It's one of those pictures where there are so many things wrong it's hard to wrap the mind around any single bit
