I work in a trauma center emergency room and those were the sounds of a guy that just might die...listen close guys and remember those groans...

THOSE ARE THE SAME ONE THAT GUY MADE THAT HIT THE TRUCK IN FRONT OF ME AT ABOUT 70 MPH ......i think its because of colapesed lungs ....that gives me the hibidy jibidies
