Regardless of all the banter,for such a small population of bike riders albeit;licenced or un-licenced,that stat for killed or seriously injured in MY opinion is HIGH.

 

There was an ad from the UK maybe a year ago (was redubbed and run in Victoria, Aust). which showed a car driver pulling out from a T-intersection when a bike was coming.... 1st time you saw it, you jumped..
Made a lot more sense than this latest ad

Motorcycling is what I call another extreme sport. The risk's are high and that is a risk were all willing to take once we get on it. They never talk about it but cars/performance cars are the same thing. Do a major burn out on a non lsd fwd car..since once it blows...you have a bad chance of living. Take a zo6 with a newbie and power shift it from 2nd to 3rd..you'll be in the ditch and rolled over. I look at it this way..I accept the risk's so if it happens at least I went the way I wanted too on something I love right

Yikes, how the hell did he lose it like that? I know it's a PSA, but it just looked weird to me how he just started tumbling. Anyways, maybe when I move back to the states I'll try to find a place next door to a track.

 

They should play more video's like this in the US!! Too many dumbs *** people that don't look for bikes. These kind of commercials are the only thing that seem to get the attention of people here.
