Looks great!

You going to paint the tank or have a body shop do it?

I'm probably going to just get a whole new tank. That one is covered in rhino liner type stuff and has a few decent dents in it. It's functional for the moment and doesn't look TOO bad but I'd like to get a new one. I was thinking of just spraying it white for the time being but I'm not too sure. I had the plastics done in flat white so I'm not sure how it'd match up.

Paint it White and dont clear coat it.. Get a basic white. and instead of clear coating it.. use acrylic. and it will keep it flat white and not give it a gloss..

Those are awesome fairings. Did you get that as a kit or did you create it?

There is also clear coat specifically designed for a "flat" look. Ask a good local painter about it, they'll be able to recommend something.

Upgrades are looking nice. That bike needed some TLC for sure. Needs some light gray wheel stripes or painted wheels or something to set them off a bit

With the silver frame and the silver Repsol fairings, I'd be really tempted to strip the tank down to bare metal and just clear it. Maybe throw a few decals on and call it good.

Thanks! I got them from cbrfairings.com. They had that kit for the 03-04 RR so I just told them I wanted it for my model and to make the white flat instead of a shiny clear coat.

Thanks man. I was thinking either light gray or white wheels stripes. I'm not completely done yet but all of the big stuff is done.
