EDIT: took a walk around the block and seen a red one. I got this if its still there when i get off.

just about missed her, as i pulled up she was pulling away.

Can't you see in the reflection off the tundra's rear window, to the reflection in the store window, to the reflection of the Smart car's left headlight, that he is clearly hovering over the seat, which counts as 'off' the bike. I vote yes, accepted.
