I wonder how hard it is to keep the front tire on the ground...

That air tube looks like a habitrail for gerbils.

Yeah it does look funny - but it has to be big and at that angle because it's feeding the charger. It would have been sweet if he could have routed the charge pipe to the charger up and over the headers.... then again, that thing pulls hard and fast enough to where no one notices it...

It is definitely function over form. Having said that, it does have a cool, "mad max" sort of look to it.

I saw a picture of it (just the motor) in an article about "interesting" engine concepts for motorcycles a long time ago.

I had no idea the guy actually finished it though! See that's the thing. Imagining it is only 10% of finishing it. I can't imagine all of design process. You have to have an oil pump system that can: 1) pump oil to all of that motor and 2) can account for half of the motor never intending to be in that orientation - and that's just the oil. Nevermind the crankshaft... or engine timing or finding someone to make the bottom case (can you imagine what that cost?)....

And that's just the motor, not even putting it in a frame and getting it to roll on it's own. That thing is really impressive.

I can't imagine hearing that thing in person. Great find on those vids, Splash! I thought a motor that big would look weird in a motorcycle and/or be bulky, but it doesn't look out of place at all in my opinion.

You have to admire that guys genius.

"I'm just popping downstairs to the garage Dear; to knock up a crankshaft for a V12 motorcycle; I may be some time"

That guy has way too much talent, and the worlds most understanding wife.

From Austin:

With Love

(probably more likely hate if you're VR46)

He might have destroyed that tire in less time than it took to make...
