Alrighty then, accepting that he *thought* all his family were inside the house ..then, what about anyone else just passing??
..and how hard can it be to just glance outside before you shoot a hole through the wall??
I wonder what the odds actually are ..of, on the very day and very second you decide to shoot a hole in the wall, your wife just happens to be outside that same wall at that very moment and takes it in the chest ..what are the odds?? How repeatable would this be??
