I hate to say it, but if he hit the back of that car.........wouldn't that be his fault? In NY if you hit someone in the back of their car its almost automatically your fault. Unless the driver changed lanes very suddenly, I don't know.

He looks very disoriented and pissed, exactly what happens after an accident (I had embarrassment along with my crash).

If I wasn't on the way to work or anything I definately would have stopped and helped him push it at least. God knows he was sore SOMEWHERE.

Yeah was almost definitely his fault, which would only add to the embarrassment factor

Doesn't excuse all those for stopping and staring though, in the time they were doing that, they could have been doing the right and humane thing and checking if he was injured and helping clear the road. Just 'cos he was at fault doesn't mean nobody should help. How long would it have taken, five minutes tops?

Sad reflection of how the world is these days I guess.

If you look at very beginning of the video, There was a guy from the car on right side that came out, and also the car on left side door just closed. So I am assuming he refused any help at that point. But this guy in the back of him is just video taping sitting in his car.
