holy crap.. the dude on the bike just edges forward and I was like ok he is gonna check him... nope.. driver GETS BACK INTO HIS CAR TO GET HIS INFO he is like TWO FEET FROM THE DUDE... he didnt even freaking bother to kick the dude or something.... something is better then nothing at all...
