This is in Dover (very South East England) the cliffs are the White Cliffs of Dover (if you remember the war time song). The castle is Dover Castle, and there are tunnels that are open to the public (for a fee) that were used by the intelligence service during WWII and opened into the cliff face so that the generals could look out over the English Channel to France (only 26 miles). There are also some fantastic country roads and great rivers to ride along next to as well here
