I spent all morning/afternoon messing with this to get it how I wanted it to look
... I have never messed with video editing before this morning and feel happy
with this first attempt :-)

It's my favourite twisties taken at a fair pace at the back end of June ... I have
messed about with fade in and out here and there so your eyes are not playing
tricks ..lol

Wow! Great vid Jules! You seem to have the same flare for video editing as you do for photography. Nice song. It's The Sounds, right? I love the way you preserved the music of the engine in this one too. ;-)

 

Yes, "Painted" by The Sounds ... that road has such energy and I played that track as I ran down the lanes ... of course I can still hear my engine too so left that in as well, just trying to make it look and feel how it did for me from the cockpit :-)


Also compare that with my very first attempt at a video ..lol

I was so slooow, but still running the bike in and getting a feel for her and
also the boobcam had some teething issues, was not perfected
and kept popping out ..lol

Whenever I see a good first person riding video, it makes me feel like getting on my bike and heading up to the mountains. Keep up the great work

 

How have you got the camera mounted? Is it mounted to the bike or you? I have a tinted screen on my 929rr and need to figure out how to get video from above the screen without mounting to my helmet. Pics of your mount would be great also if you have them. Thanks

Nice video Juliet. Good choice on the music, it fits the pace of the ride and scenery. I like the fact that you can still hear the engine in the background. In fact I might have had it just a tad higher in volume. Otherwise, great job.
