I can't see any reason for the low side. In the slow mo section it appears quite clearly that both tires were on clean and clear asphalt at the time the slide started.

Fault? Well, obviously illegally parked bikes but hitting a parked vehicle not in your right of way vehicle might take responsibility over that.

To me both are at fault and it looks like the guys tire just barley hit the line or maybe the pebbles that like to hang out around the center strip. Lol

agreed with kuro.
as it looks like. he hit more than one bike. the rider lost control of his bike and caused the whole thing. the way they do it is they make a % of which rider was at grater fault. the parked bike might or might not get anything. that depends on the insurance as well.

And….. That’s why they call it, “The Wreck Store”.

I.E. The Rock Store - Malibu, CA

The wreck happened at the Hairpin turn near the top of Mulholland Highway that some professional photographers (and California Highway Patrol) hang out every Sunday in hopes of selling the pics to the riders (or crashers).
Some focus on making impressive poses to the point of being, well, unimpressive!

I have to agree with you. The rider was in the wrong lane all together when they hit.

Rider is not smooth on the throttle. You can see the front end dip right before he puts it down. Front end down = less downward force on rear wheel = less contact = WHOOPS.
