Looks a good run, get that down to 8 n half i reckon.

 

I don't know about an 8, keep in mind, it's not a track. You have road debris and lots of traffic. I've seen a lot of pics with trucks on it also, imagine on the blind side of that turn you’re coming up on an 18 wheeler doing about 10mph... ouch.

 

That has got to be an awesome run, One day ill try it.

 

I used to live right off deals gap.....those were the days...

 

Just rode the Gap(Dragon) and Cherehola Skyway in July. Great time, lots of fun but plenty of Tennessee Highway Patrol to deal with. E-Mail me next year if anyone plans to go and we'll hook up.

i miss the Smokies so damn much right now
went there earlier this yr just one week before summer officially kicked in so i guess i got really lucky in terms of virtually zero traffic
didn't have too much time so hung out near the Fontana dam & Nantahalla but had a great time exploring the roads and trails ... and why not - the light was as good as it can get even @ 9 bloody PM

even went on a coupla jetboat rides
turning a 360 on water makes a burnout seem boring - not that i can do one to begin with :-)
