Rancho Palos Verdes + PV Estate is good start point...Palos Verdes Drive going north then left onto PCH will take you thru Redondo beach, manhattan beach, LAX, then Santa Monica / pier. 10 minutes later Malibu ( where Billy Cyrus live & all those movie star ) from Malibu you can easily go inland to Sunset Strip, 90210, Rodeo Drive... Or you can stay on PCH go towards Santa Barbara.... Depend what is your crowd? Night life....LA does have a little of everything. From
Universal Studio, J-Town, Beverly Hills, Hollywood walk of fame...I actually live 1 block south of PCH (US-1)....1 block away from Cycle Gear of South Bay...
I would to do a little of everything nightlife, day activities etc, yeah your directions are pretty much on target of what I would like to do. Is there a good season/time to go out there? It'll be my first time out there so just checkin. One block south of PCH? oh man arent you lucky lol

as far as best time to go.... this time of year is great. today is a beautiful day here! it will start getting colder mid to late november. maybe even rain. but when i say cold, it will be mid to upper 50's. nothing like where you are.

Here a shot taken next to Donald Trump's golf course...I think its too $$ to tee off there, there is a public course Los Verdes back 9 $19 green fee with ocean view...

I'll ask around where is good place for motorcycle rental? I'm 3 blocks away from HD & Hoss Boss , Yamaha....unfortunately, the neares Honda dealer from where I am is in Long Beach...where the Queen Mary dock... I'll post some info once obtained...is there a specify motorcycle you like to rent?

Wow good to know ! after Oct here the only time I ride is if we have an Indian summer day which is rare. Not fun to ride in 20-30 degree temps lol

Likely rent a BMW-K1200, Honda's ST 1300 (rented at Tail of the Dragon-pretty cool), Kawasaki Concours 1400...

Oh cool, that South Bay is a possible choice spot.

Want to ride for a few hours at a time... Btw, how long of a ride is it from Santa Monica to Santa Barbara? roughly speaking

Here a clearer pic...actually as I am posting this pic now...I will be heading there in about 40minutes later...my boss at work ask me if I can drop off some package to a customer....pretty cool, getting work pay for riding my RR there....
