So a few buddies of mine are really getting the itch to go on a nice, long road trip. Initially we were thinking about doing the Appalachian Trail but weather wont permit that until late spring/ early summer. In the mean time we're looking to hit as many states as possible to our west (live in Raleigh, NC) and possibly check out Monterrey, Mexico. I've been reading through peoples trips and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or experiences with this route
