i live in flagstaff and my buddy had a birthday this weekend so i took my bike for the first long trip. i left flag at about noon on friday and made my way to phx. its about a 2 1/2 hour ride as long as you don't have any problems... it was awesome! and now i have a new rear tire.... so it handles like a dream! just thought i would let you guys know that i'm completely hooked on bikes now. i'm not sure i'll feel comfortable driving my truck tomorrow.

ohh and while i was down there i was able to pick up a alpinestar jacket. its textile, not leather like i was hoping for. but its seems like a damn good jacket.. i'm impressed.
