Question The Longest Road Trip Miami to Anchorage

There is a yearly race from Miami Fl. to Anchorage Al. Has anyone ever heard of this? I would like to find out more info on this. Maybe put it on my Bucket List...

Hoka Hey Challenge, an 8,300-mile motorcycle race. It is a Harley Davidson race. If anyone wants more info on it.

According to reports/stories/& newspaper articles on the interwebs... Seems there were some real problems w/ the "organizers". There was an agenda...& it wasn't about motorcycling, or so it would seem anyway. Lots of unhappy folks.

I'd suggest you rather do an Iron Butt Assocation ride. http://www.ironbutt.com/about/default.cfm . No big prize money but its about the satisfaction of accomplishing something for the pride of riding & enjoyment in the process. BTW, there's some really good Iron Butt challenges that you could definitely put on your *bucket-list*. ;-)
