Hi there, I thought I`d share a few images with you guys. Not far from where I live on August 30, 2008 there was an attempt on a Guinness World Record for the largest parade of Honda CBRs. Riding an F4i myself I couldn`t resist taking one of my friends (that rides a `97 fireblade) and going there. There were a total of 267 CBRs.
It will take a few weeks before Honda CBR Club Netherlands will get the results back. But in any case we had a nice day. The weather was great and the sound of all those bikes running simultaneously right before the start was just incredible! The trip was about 10km. We were somewhere in the middle and we never got to see the first or the last bike during the trip. Just CBRs as far as we could see.
In case anyone is wondering the `97 blade was number 163. With me right behind it. Pictures taken at the start:

Wow, that is pretty impressive! I've always thought it was incredible on poker runs and fun rides just to see all the bikes going, but I can't imagine them all being CBR's. It would even be cool for once for them all just to be sportbikes, the downside I can imagine being the attraction of a TON of squids and possible accidents with that many riders at one time. Still very cool to think about though. Thanks for the pics megaman. Pretty rad that you got to be a part of it.
