northern loop trip in spring
Mt Washington Hotel , 1, 2,3
Kancamangus Hwy
Final Gas up before heading home
BTW Guys on the way home I found out 115 was the max point at which the log cabin I had on the
back of the bike made the front wheel lift off the highway ....LOL......
........... I should'a put a wing
up top and I'd been all set for lift off
next time I may travel a few pounds lighter
it was getting heavy in the gas/petrol budget
and the Missus thinks your Givi setups look much better
............ wahoooooo thanks fellers

S'okay Ken , we only camped in fair weather anyway and
camping facilities here and in Canada were comprehensive too
Camping is pretty good on continents that have the weather for it
IN other words NOT IRELAND
Motels and Hotels can get to be boring and expensive too ...imo
Nothing like a few late night drinks in mother natures living room.

I checked Google maps today and plugged in Cavendish PEI to Waterville ME and it popped up the same route = 725 miles. Not bad for a days ride.
My bike looked brown before washing it and turning it back to black. I had some tar up top along side the tank.
I think that Screech could be used in lue of Seafoam.

Wait a second I can feel it in my knees ........that's 1166.77 kilometers ...... hmm that was a good run on that leg of the trip alright

not bad for an old rookie
like myself..... lol, thing that made that "leg"
most enjoyable was the distance ridden relative to the amountof time taken to do it t
...hee hee hee, even with the border crossing slow down coming back in through Houlton Maine.yep thar screech was aptly named. Freaking tar I just got done getting it off ......... they must get their road tar
straight from the oil sands fields ......... it's like a black epoxy ........ might even be used in making that Newfie
Screech if you ask me !
