I wonder if anyone has ever done the streetfighter thing with a Goldwing?

You look like you could be heading for trouble there. Remember the first rule of boy toys in the garage. Thou shalt not have more than one in a state of overhaul/restoration at one time....Lets face it a CBR/GW hybrid would be a bit scary. Has the Chancellor of the Exchequer mellowed out a bit over 2 wheeled projects or are you just on hallucinating/master....ing over the thought of the Wing? BTW that rego doesnt fit with the age of the beast unless it was reregd as a personal cos that no. is only bout 6 yrs old in the sequence.

Rode the hurricane to Daytona for last 4 days of bike week. Left Pensacola on the morning of the 10th, rode about 7 hrs, with stops, and no trouble from the Cane. Had clocked 1300 miles by the time we got home on the 13th.
I had some concerns about the mileage (46250) on the bike but none were realized. Used 0 oil, even cruising at 80 for most of the trip.
These are really well made bikes.

Sorry Steve, sometimes my brain goes at a million miles an hour, believe me it's much worse when you talk to me. At least on the computer I have to take the time to type, in real life I just tend to blurt out what everyone else is thinking but is not silly enough to say. Doesn't always make you popular, but it does make people laugh.
