For those who are coming (and those who backed out - looking at yuse guys!) where are we staying (roughly) so I can start to book my rooms (basically, are we staying together, or are we on our own)?

I've already got the meeting spot (Front Royal) and staying with somebody for the Alabama portion, but what about in between?
