I didn't get the notification emails for this thread...sorry guys. I saw the races and I'm up to date and waiting for WSBK weekend at Portimao....the SHOWDOWN between Haga and Spies.

And dammmmitt....I'm going to be in a baby class when it's on Live. Yes, I'm recording it and I usually prefer to watch the races delayed, but....this is the last of the season.....ARGGHHHHHHHHH

Next year, I'm having weekend race parties at my house. No admittance to non-race fans.

 

Alright, Spies got another pole position and Haga is starting in 10th position. This is probably the best opportunity that Spies could hope for. Any predictions? I'm pulling for Spies but if Haga gets the championship he would certainly be a deserving champion. Should be great to see either way.

 

Not that I wish misfortune on Haga, but it's what has to happen if Spies is to win the title. I forget, who has more wins (for the case of a tie)?

 

Everyone ready to talk about the race? 2009 WSBK season is done. 1 more race left for MotoGP.

I think Zemke would do well in WSBK. He had a tough year in AMA. I think he could do it.

 

I've been out of town & will get home tomorrow nite. I knew if I logged on you guys would be talk'n about the race... Glad to hear Spies did it. Will watch the races before Sunday. I think Spies will be a top 5 finisher...
