What kind of gear do you wear when riding?
^Wow, what a bike!
On long trips and whenever I feel the need to, I'll wear my: OGK FF4 helmet, Spidi GP Wind Pro suit, Alpinestars GP Tech gloves, Sidi Corsa Vertigo boots. On shorter trips and more practical ones, I'll wear everything stated, but instead of the suit, I'll have my Spidi Basic Black jacket on.

Leather armored jacket, AGV Stealth helmet, AStars SMX-4 boots, GP-Pro gloves, Knox Gilet Air back protector/chestgaurd.
I should have ordered the AStars kneegaurds... I had no idea they were that cheap. I was going for the Knox equivalents, but I put that off for later.

leather pants, leather jacket, riding boots, leather gloves, and of course a helmet. I will risk wearing jean if I am goin to class or work. Other than that I have it all on. IMO if its too hot to wear gear its to hot to ride.
I wear the following gears on every ride:
1) Shoei RF-1000 Helmet
2) Joe Rocket Super Moto Gloves
3) Icon Accelerant Perforated Leather Jacket
4) Icon Super Duty 2 Pants
5) Icon Super Duty 2 Boots
No exception - but then again I'm still a Newbie but regardless - I always wear my gear.

Fulmer Helmet, Fieldsheer mesh jacket (summer) Joerocket Ballistics jacket (Rain or cold weather), bell gloves, jeans, and study boots. I wear jeans because I just don't have the money for a set of riding pants right now, I will buy some later, I'm slowly buying gear but I'm like most riders, getting what we can afford and hoping for the best till then. I also wear snowboarding pants of my jeans in rain and cold weather (lower than 40 degrees) their water resistant (I've never had water get through yet), they have a thermal layer in them, wind resistant, and thin. If they hit the road they will melt instantly though but they've kept my legs warm at around 30 degrees while riding at 60mph for 15 miles
Honestly my boots are non slip, oil resistant, water proof, steel toe, and after looking at the "casual" riding bootsI can see nor feel any difference and since 99% of my riding is casual I haven't bother buying a set, when I finally buy another car and use my bike more for fun than my daily driver, then yea I will buy a set of boots
