man those were the good ole days, i remember when i first bought my lude i kept the thing unlocked windows down keys may or may not be in it, but my mom lived in a hella nice neighborhood, now i lock my car so hard core is like fort knox. the bike however, its winterized in a super nice neighborhood in a barn so i may or may not have left the keys in it hahaha

 

Wow. I hang mine unlocked off the rear foot peg. After hearing all the comments on helmets getting cut from the lock, I won't be leaving mine on the bike anymore.

 

Take it with me, stick it under the seat or behind the bar if the barman will take it.


Leaving it outside to get stolen, damaged or pissed in is daft.

 

Damn straight! When I start riding my "new" bike and wearing a "real" helmet I ain't leavin it outside, that's for sure!

 

I don't trust ANYONE anymore.. Sucks too.. It's never been a pain to carry the helmet anywhere with me- the price to pay for being able to keep it!
