Default Scorpion Visors

i have a scorpion exo 400 sting (red) and i really like how helmets look with visors u cant see through.
i saw a guy with a chrome looking one and it was pretty cool so my question is, what is the "EC" mean on the scorpion helmets.

if you go to scorpionusa.com and look at there visors there is a few that have a color of a visor, then teh same color with "EC" at the end. for example, there is a "Silver" visor, then a "Silver EC" visor

what is the difference, besides the EC is ten bucks more?

EC stands for EVERCLEAR and it is a no fog coating applied to the visor to reduce fogging.

does the reg visor that comes with the helmet have it?
because mine never really fogs

is it worth the extra money or does it make that much of a difference?

As stated all the clear faceshields have the EC coating.

I would say its worth it. Nothing I would hate more than my faceshield fogging over.
