RE: Riding Jeans
The kevlar knee and butt in something like Draggin jeansis better than regular denim for keeping your skin from getting scraped off, but personally I wouldn't use them without wearing hip pads and knee pads underneath. I like walking without a limp, and don't really want a shattered patella.

RE: Riding Jeans
I wear The Icon Recon pants. The sizing is true. Meaning that if you wear, in my case, a 38W 32L in regular jeans I would get the same in the Icon jeans. Cost is about 80.00 a pair as opposed to 100.00 a pair for draggin jeans. On long trips I DO NOT wear these.I wear leathers.

RE: Riding Jeans
I ride regularjeans, not riding specific, but always use my knee and hip/thigh pads underneath.
I assume that the ICON denim pants eliminate the bunching behind the knee which is occassionally annoying,
and as the post above says, they are a bit longer in the back. I don't have any, but they are on the list.
