I am new to the motorcyclt scene and really dont know anyone with a bike so really dont have anyone to ask but you guys...so i was just wondering what type of jacket should i get for winter and summer riding as well as gloves ( i dont mind buying one set for winter and another for summer) i just want to know the good stuff so i can better protect myself. I like the look of the leather jacket riding..

You should worry about the padding and armor more than the look. I wear the same gear in the summer as i do in the winter. Although i do have snowmobiling gloves for the winter. There are many manufactures to choose from. Ex. Alpine star, j. rocket, icon
