new helmet
i just got a brand new Gmax helmet for $40 from a guy that never used it since he never got the bike that he was planing on getting. i was wondering if they are ok helmets. i hope if it is not the worst helmet you can own. i spend most of my money if not all or more on my bike and thats the only thing i can afford at this point. in the future my wife will use it when i take her for the rides.
so whats the opinion on this brand. is it ok for now???

not smell or ece approved...
ide ditch it... ill never spend less than 200 on a lid and that a cheap lid...
not dissing the brand ive heard great things about them but if they dont have the money to get their products approved by neither snell or ece.... im not going to trust my head to it
just my opinion

i have the 68s as well. are you worried it will not hold up in a crash? Just because it costs about 120 MSRP does not mean it is made of cardboard. The helmet comes with a free dark visor as well. I enjoy it's liner material and fit. Great helmet and as previously stated, it was once webbikeworld's helmet of the year.
