Default Just bought some Sidis

Well I just got an awesome deal on Ebay for new Sidi Vertigo's for $235 shipped. I'll write something on them when I get 'em.

Buut...I was looking around and realized something. The dollar is extremely strong to the UK currency right now and I saw some Vertigo's for about $200 bucks.

If you are looking to get gear right now and know your exact size I am sure it would be the way to go if you are willing to wait.

I have a pair of Vertigos that I bought in new in 07. I'm a little bit of girl when comes to protecting my feet. I'll only ride with Sidi'd on...................not to say that A/star or any one esle doesn't make a good boot but I'm partial to Sidi boots. I've gone down a few times only once wearing sneakers; every other time I was wearing my boots and I swear by Sidi's not just for protection but riding comfort. Now walking around on the street or track is a different story. LOL.

Learned the hard way (by breaking my leg just above my ankle) that proper foot gear goes a long way. I literally just opened the box to my new TCX Comp. S from Kneedraggers.com They had to do a price match @ $250 shipped (w/free shipping). Their normal price was $292. Real nice boots. Comfortable to walk around in if I had to. I wouldn't walk a mile in them, but I'm going to wear them for sure. It won't be impossible to walk around the grocery store with them!!! I'm wearing them around the house right now to break them in...I have a problem. My second choice was the B-2's from Sidi. Ergo on the TCX made me choose these....

the vertigos retail for $300 now, n were $275 when I bought mine. I love em, and I will even say they are comfy walking around off the bike, tho the soles dont last too long like that lol.
