Default Jacket Sizing

Hey guys, i went a few days ago to try some jackets on, I am a weird size, i am 6'2 210 pounds, built like a Saftey in football i have long arms and pretty broad shoulders, most jackets i try on the arms are way short for me, and then i jump up to a XXL and the shoulders of the jacket are too big.. anyone else deal with this?

I don't know if this will help or not, but I have a alpinestars and joe rocket medium jacket
that both fit totally different even though they are the same size. It's like trying on jeans.
If you put on 10 jeans all the same size from different manufactures they will all not fit the
same.

Just try all the companies who make jackets. Joe Rocket, Honda, Alpinestars, Hanson, etc. All of them have different cuts so you will just have to go to a dealer and try on everything. Letter size just doesn't work when it comes to motorcycle gear. For example, Im a XXL in a Joe Rocket Blaster but I could where a XL in an Alpinestar pending on which type of jacket I get. Very strange! [sm=smiley23.gif]

Tour Master, Firstgear, and some Joe Rocket stuff is availible in TALL fittings. Try that stuff out. And yea like Lmag said, it depends a lot on where it's made what type of cut it is.
